📋 Description

• Deliver perfect store standard and build shelf strategies based on shopper insight.
• Plan and run commercial campaigns, demos and in-store events throughout the year.
• Coordination and analysis with agency for field promotion.
• Guide field promoter team to deliver results at point of sale.
• Track weekly sales, stock and distribution, and share insights with commercial team.
• Manage agencies and vendors on quality, cost and timing.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in trade marketing, customer marketing, sales or marketing
• Experience running in-store activations, promotions or events
• Understanding of how retail works
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Great communication and relationship-building skills
• Hands-on, proactive attitude
