Assoc Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create innovative, user-focused toy concepts and play experiences.
• Support design and development from concept to production-ready execution.
• Generate ideas through research, trend review, brainstorming, and sketch exploration.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors, QA, sculptors, and model makers.
• Present design ideas via sketches, mock-ups, digital visuals, and other communication tools.
• Refine products to ensure they are safe, functional, manufacturable, and cost-effective.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years design experience; toys or consumer products preferred.
• Strong design skills translating ideas into final concepts.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D design software; SolidWorks or zBrush a plus.
• Strong sketching, visual communication, and presentations.
• English and Chinese language skills; travel to China office occasionally.
