Assoc Tech Consultant, ServiceNow (Nightshift)

📋 Description

• Translate client requirements into user stories for the dev team
• Customize ServiceNow apps: ITSM, Service Portal, ITOM
• Run workshops and demos for stakeholders
• Collaborate to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead design and delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions
• Capture needs in meetings and convert to tasks
• Implement integrations: REST, SOAP, MID Server
• Maintain Discovery and CMDB
• Develop and optimize scripts: BR, Script Includes, UI Policies
• Mentor juniors and participate in Agile ceremonies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB), SAM and HAM
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences
• Scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD or SIS certifications preferred
• HRSD or GRC experience
