  • Manage Hatch Order Entry Process for Drop Ship Orders.
  • Accept and book customer orders; verify required documents before booking.
  • Attend cross-departmental meetings to review order status and escalate issues.
  • Assist with resolving engineering change requests with Product/Engineering.
  • Ensure data integrity of customer data in Salesforce and Signal prior to push to Hatch.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager.
