Associate Account Director

📋 Description

• Own a VIP portfolio of ~12 high-value accounts; set strategy and manage relationships.
• Coach and develop 2-3 Account Managers; review work and give feedback.
• Be the QA gate for AM outputs: assets, copy, campaigns, and reporting.
• Use AI marketing tools to produce high-quality work; teach AMs to do the same.
• Escalate systemic issues to Director; handle daily team challenges.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new AMs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media (Meta/Google), SEO, email.
• Hands-on experience designing full-funnel strategies for SMBs.
• Proven track record of client retention and growth.
• Strong coaching instincts; mentoring Account Managers.
• Collaborative communicator; lead senior client conversations and internal direction.
• Familiar with AI tool stacks and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
