📋 Description

  • Drive outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, and multichannel outreach within ICP.
  • Meet activity metrics: call volume, talk time, email volume, sequence execution.
  • Generate SAOs via outbound prospecting.
  • Book and qualify discovery meetings for Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs.
  • Conduct early-stage discovery to capture context and improve quality.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data for activity, contact, and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years experience in a SDR/BDR role.
  • Proven pipeline generation via cold calling, emailing, and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong phone presence for discovery conversations.
  • Experience supporting Mid-Market/Enterprise motions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo).
