  • Own the commercial relationship for a large number of Upper Emerging Drata customers
  • Support renewals and expansion across your book by executing established frameworks
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and move them forward on/off cycle
  • Prioritize your book by growth potential, engagement, renewal timing, and risk
  • Partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, Marketing, and leadership to remove roadblocks
  • Deliver value-based conversations that show ROI

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of success in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or similar SaaS role
  • Experience supporting renewals or expansion in a recurring revenue environment
  • Strong customer management to uncover needs, communicate value, build trust
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills across a high-volume book
  • Clear written and verbal communication; tailor messages to audiences
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Clari, Catalyst, and Google Workspace is a plus
