Act as the main point of contact for client day-to-day communications.
Collaborate with the Senior Partner Account Manager on recurring client tasks.
Project manage campaign execution to meet requirements and timelines.
Generate and analyze campaign reports; provide insights and optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with data scientists and other managers to craft narratives that show customer value.
Educate and onboard new clients; proactively address areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in account management.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights.
Experience in presenting data analyses and partner business reviews.
Strong MS Office skills, esp. PowerPoint and Excel.
