Associate Accountant

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for India entity.
• Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements and GAAP.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; maintain data integrity.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits.
• Work with senior finance leaders to keep records accurate and timely.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes in tax and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience including AP, GL, and compliance.
• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, Coupa, and Navan.
• Ind AS (Indian GAAP) and GST knowledge; statutory accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail.
