Associate, Accounting

📋 Description

• Role Overview: support GL, month-end closes, and reconciliations
• Prepare journal entries and schedules for monthly close
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts for accuracy and compliance
• Assist AP, cash payments, payroll, and expense workflows
• Analyze account variances and explain fluctuations to stakeholders
• Maintain audit trails and collaborate on vendor/payroll accounting

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Understanding of GAAP and financial principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables)
• Experience with NetSuite and Airbase is a plus
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
