Associate, Affiliate Marketing

📋 Description

• Research and identify potential affiliate partners, creators, and platform influencers to grow our acquisition footprint.
• Implement end-to-end operational workflows for offline and online channels, including direct mail drops and paid social campaign setups.
• Coordinate onboarding of new marketing partners while nurturing existing relationships to sustain long-term channel performance.
• Troubleshoot platform tracking discrepancies, attribution gaps, and software integrations to maintain data fidelity.
• Respond to partner inquiries with urgency while assisting external stakeholders with technical navigation and asset delivery.
• Optimize campaign budgets, creative configurations, and copy requests by evaluating AI-driven insights to meet performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in performance marketing or multi-channel growth.
• Executed in at least one channel (Affiliate, Direct Mail, Paid Social, Influencer).
• Proficient with PartnerStack, Impact, Ad Managers, or similar tools.
• Analyzes metrics; A/B testing experience a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve quality.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business.
