📋 Description

• Understand strategic priorities influencing ad performance.
• Frame squad strategy, ambition and roadmap.
• Ensure visibility of strategic priorities across SEEK, partners and AIPS.
• Set quarterly OKRs with partners and the squad.
• Frame problems and trade-offs for robust decisions.
• Coordinate with partners and AIPS to align opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to identify and define ambiguous opportunities with hypotheses.
• Logical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making.
• Translate SEEK objectives for diverse audiences including technical teams.
• Willingness to learn software engineering and AI with engineers/data scientists.
• Hands-on with prioritisation, standups, and simple analyses.
• Strong communication; connect with senior and mid-level stakeholders.
