Associate Approvals Manager

📋 Description

• Process product, packaging, and marketing approvals globally for high-touch IPs
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of office storage spaces
• Create and maintain IP-specific style guides and usage guides
• Daily communication with domestic and international teams
• Maintain and present updates and status reports at department meetings
• Daily communication with Licensees and frequent communication with Licensors

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience, 1-2 in product approvals
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Strong project management, initiative, follow-through
• Creative thinking to provide solutions
• Close attention to detail
• Experience with approvals software (e.g., MyMediaBox)
