Associate Art Director

📋 Description

• Executional leader embedded within a Division, driving design and motion output
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on craft for scalable creative systems
• Ensure work is on-time, on-brand, and performance-aligned
• Lead design and edit leads across accounts within division
• Coach leads in creative QA, technical execution, and project pacing
• Collaborate with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to problem-solve blockers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency preferred)
• Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Proven leadership experience mentoring creatives
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative
• Comfortable giving and acting on feedback quickly and clearly
• Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity
