Associate Art Director

📋 Description

• Execute design and motion output within a division; ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
• Lead design reviews, provide actionable feedback, maintain brand consistency
• Scale creative systems for faster, scalable output while upholding quality
• Collaborate with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to solve blockers
• Translate messaging into creative systems across channels and formats
• Champion QA, platform-specific standards (Meta, Email/SMS, Amazon, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma; strong understanding of platform formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Proven leadership mentoring creatives and driving performance
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, performance creative
• Comfort with quick feedback cycles and actionable improvements
• Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity
