Associate Attorney (Immigration)

📋 Description

• Hybrid role requiring in-person court appearances.
• Appear in immigration courts (master calendar, bond hearings, EOIR) or accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in non-detention or detained matters and join hearings.
• Manage your schedule: choose appearances and locations within the city/region.
• Prepare and review case documents; coordinate with the central team; update status.
• Ensure timely reporting of hearing outcomes to the central team.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in CA or TX.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Able to manage your schedule and communicate with a remote team.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Preferred: 1+ year of immigration-law experience.
• Bilingual, Spanish a plus.
