Associate Attorney (Personal Injury)

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters in litigation
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including filing complaints
• Draft meet and confer letters on discovery disputes
• Prepare clients for depositions and other hearings
• Take and defend depositions throughout litigation
• Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Personal Injury Law experience
• Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, incl. pre-litigation management and discovery
• Juris Doctor degree and CA State bar in good standing
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Written discovery skills
• Conducting Depositions
