📋 Description

Manage docket of cases to resolution
Prepare client for deposition
Attend depositions
Invoicing depositions
Respond to client inquiries to move matters toward resolution
Provide direction to non-attorneys as needed

🎯 Requirements

3+ Years of Workers' Compensation experience
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
Doctors' deposition experience (preferred)
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
