📋 Description

• Review incoming applications, validate data, and submit to DigiCert's technical dept
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders via phone, live chat, video, and email
• Research customer organizations and verify contact details online
• Identify and report customer-call trends to managers
• Execute the validation process per internal documentation
• Analyze validation data to verify criteria and root causes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service or similar role
• Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Proven track record in evaluating and mitigating risk
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, curious, independent
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common software
