🎯 Requirements

Fluent in English and Chinese
Excellent written and oral communication in native language and English
Customer service experience
Diploma or bachelor’s degree desirable
Experience in policy/compliance roles (banking, finance, fraud) is a plus
Detail oriented with high accuracy, fast typing, multitasking, and strong problem‑solving skills
