Associate Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cryptographers, AI/ML experts, cloud infra engineers, and security engineers.
• Contribute to identity and authentication services for trusted AI workloads.
• Build and maintain systems for secure agent interactions and authorization.
• Implement governance and policy enforcement for how AI agents access tools and data.
• Design, test, and improve secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable code; participate in reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.
• Learn from senior engineers while developing security, distributed systems, and AI infra.
• Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and deliver features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in one modern language: Go, Rust, Java, Python, or C++.
• Foundational knowledge of software dev principles, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
