• Provide billing and subscription support to Cloudbeds customers and internal teams.
• Handle billing tickets by email or phone; manage exit interviews for cancellations.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve subscription-related issues.
• Analyze billing trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain accurate subscription records.

• Experience in billing support, subscription management, or customer service.
• High attention to detail and ability to make high-stakes decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills with problem solving.
• Confidence in declining requests while taking accountability for decisions.
• Familiarity with billing or subscription management procedures.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; strong time management.
