Associate Border Security Analyst II

📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day operational support of global network security infrastructure
• Implement firewall and network security policy changes
• Create, modify, troubleshoot, and remove firewall security policies, NAT policies, objects
• Troubleshoot complex firewall, VPN, Zscaler, and network connectivity issues
• Provide technical support for escalated network security incidents and problems
• Monitor network security infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of related experience; Or Master's Degree with 0 years' experience
• Respective years of experience in network engineering, network security, or firewall operations
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• Experience with Palo Alto Panorama and centralized firewall management
• Hands-on experience with Zscaler
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, NAT, DNS, VPN technologies, and network
