Associate Brand Manager

📋 Description

• Analysis on POS, share, and inventory tracking (Circana or equivalent); forecast inputs
• P&L stewardship at the item and line level — cost, margin, pricing, and promotional plans
• Business reviews, retailer line-review content, and the annual brand planning cycle
• Detailed work in P2M Development System and dashboards
• Line plan and range architecture: what to make, for whom, at what price and occasion
• Day-to-day partnership with Design, Development, Engineering, and Packaging from concept through

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years in consumer goods, brand management, product development, or a related commercial role
• Comfort with syndicated retail data and building a business case from it
• Genuine curiosity about the consumer
• Strong project management instincts: organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle competing
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a matrixed organization
• Clear, persuasive communication — verbal, written and visual
