Associate, Brokerage Operations (Corporate Actions and Dividends)

📋 Description

• Own the daily processing of corporate actions and dividends across client accounts, catching and
• Work directly with Operations Associates to keep our records accurate for clients
• Act as the team's subject matter expert on tax issues related to corporate actions and dividends
• Partner with the Trade Desk, securities lending, management, and other teams to escalate and
• Analyze the impact of new product launches on corporate actions and dividend processes, and make
• Troubleshoot, manage, and proactively resolve reconciliation differences

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years at a broker-dealer handling back-office corporate action processing for equities and
• Experience working with CDS, DTC, OCC, and CDCC
• Strong Excel skills
• Comfortable with large data sets — you can take thousands of rows of position or entitlement data
• Naturally curious — when something looks off, you want to know why
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately against tight, non-negotiable
