🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience in the insurance industry.
Experience with Life Insurance distribution channels, digital platforms, and systems.
Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, UAT, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
