📋 Description

• Create dashboards and reports to turn data into insights (Power BI, Excel)
• Translate business questions into analyses and dashboards for executives
• Clean and analyze data from multiple systems to spot trends and risks
• Identify automations using AI assistants and scripting to boost productivity
• Coordinate with Program and Project Managers to plan and track initiatives
• Prepare materials for operating reviews and leadership updates

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business analytics, information systems, or related field
• 0–3 years experience in analytics, business analysis, or operations
• Hands-on data work; comfortable with Excel and Power BI
• Translate business needs into clear analysis and dashboards; present findings
• Curiosity about AI and automation; interest in AI tools
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication
