Associate Business Support

📋 Description

• Triage, manage, and resolve tickets; ensure timely resolution and clear comms.
• Provide product and application support for Kantata and related CRM tools.
• Set up, validate, and maintain project and financial configurations.
• Support month-end close, including financial checks, timesheets, and reconciliations.
• Monitor and improve data quality across financial and business systems.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base articles to enable self-service.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in business support or financial systems in MNCs.
• Manage time-sensitive, finance-impacting, critical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity ownership.
• Experience with ITIL, service management, and enterprise support.
• Hands-on with Kantata, CRM tools, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of month-end close processes and checks.
