📋 Description

• Join AbbVie's global BTS team to advance digital transformation in medicine.
• Support IR Discovery and CBSO with IT system ownership and collaboration.
• Develop plans to deliver technological capabilities enabling business goals.
• Analyze processes, elicit requirements, and propose IT-enabled solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and document SDLC artifacts.
• Lead testing, verification, and stakeholder communications as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s deg + 6 yrs tech exp; Master’s +5 yrs; PhD +0.
• IT system ownership and implementation experience.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborative across globally distributed engineering/design teams.
• 3+ years leading projects or stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical skills; English fluency; audits/inspections exp.
