Associate Business Systems Consultant – Medical Affairs and Health Impact (MHI)

📋 Description

• Partner with Medical Affairs and related business stakeholders to understand business processes
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and solution considerations, and collaborate with
• Contribute to business capability roadmaps by gathering stakeholder input, documenting needs
• Assess existing processes, systems, and technologies to identify business needs, capability gaps
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements, clarify stakeholder priorities
• Apply foundational knowledge of enterprise applications, digital technologies, automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years of experience; Master’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience; or PhD plus
• Hands-on IT system implementation experience, including requirements definition, delivery
• Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional efforts in global, matrixed, and regulated
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across levels
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
