Associate - Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Lead financial engineering behind capital deployment.
• Architect complex debt instruments: construction, bridge, mezzanine.
• Build dynamic models to evaluate IRR, term sheets, and WACC.
• Recommend funding strategies balancing cost of capital and risk.
• Serve as liaison with US lenders and institutional partners.
• Oversee portfolio surveillance: DSCR, LTV, LTC.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years in Capital Markets, IB, PE, or Structured Finance.
• Expert-level Excel; debt waterfalls; VBA/Power Query a plus.
• Deep knowledge of credit agreements, loan docs, underwriting.
• Strong ability to translate data into strategic memos for leadership.
• Availability to overlap 6+ hours with US Central Time.
