🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, catalog management, customer support, or related field.
• Experience with CRM or customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Strong organization and time management with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
