Associate Chemist - Organic Extraction - 2nd Shift, M-F

📋 Description

• Prepares and analyzes environmental samples using standard analytical techniques according to
• Performs routine lab tasks: preparation of samples, chemical analysis, evaluation and
• Performs routine instrument maintenance
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned/scheduled QC samples (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT)
• Documents NCMs for projects with quality issues
• Understands and utilizes backlog reports to manage personal workload

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, Associate Degree, or 2 years of related laboratory
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak)
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
• Previous experience with PFAS and/or LC/MS and/or sample preparation (ideal)
• Previous experience in a lab or production setting (ideal)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
