📋 Description

• Understand and document client objectives, KPIs, and desired business outcomes in collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Digital Advertising, Marketing, or
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
• Previous experience in a client-facing role supporting external customers in a professional
• Ability to quickly understand client needs and translate them into practical campaign, marketing
• Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies, including CRM and Marketing Automation Platform
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills
