Associate Client Manager - Insights

📋 Description

• Work closely with Client Solutions Consultants to transform customer experience.
• Independently respond to field business questions and develop analytical outlines leveraging
• Simplify and visualize data to translate numbers into compelling client stories with actionable
• Prepare and present insights and recommendations following SCQA and AP frameworks.
• Drive customer satisfaction through impactful analysis.
• Identify revenue leads and partner with Account Directors to convert them into opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years industry experience in CPG industry, sales, category management, or market research.
• Prior experience with NIQ or similar analytics solutions (POS and Panel Data preferred).
• Proficiency in using NIQ data sources (RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra).
• Experience with NIQ Discover tool.
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
