📋 Description

• Coordinate partner service delivery from planning to go-live.
• Track progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers with internal teams.
• Maintain visibility with timely updates, actions, and follow-through.
• Track Partner Certified Implementation activities and readiness, docs, approvals.
• Confirm readiness requirements with partners and internal teams on schedule.
• Support handoff from implementation to ongoing support.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in project management, client services, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multi-workstream coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating implementation activities and milestones.
• Strong written and verbal communication for updates and escalations.
• Ability to travel up to 20% regionally.
• Advantage: experience with partner ecosystems or global SaaS environments.
