Associate Client Success Manager

📋 Description

• Advise clients on strategies to maximize value of Bazaarvoice software, with a focus on value
• Monitor and manage client health by identifying trends and mitigating risk.
• Prioritize portfolio with tech-driven, 1:many, and 1:1 interactions using Salesforce, Gainsight
• Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Technical teams for a unified approach in high-stakes
• Identify and mitigate program roadblocks; guide upsell opportunities based on client pain points.
• Exemplify client-centricity, using troubleshooting tools to exceed client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year in a client-facing role (account management, client success, sales)
• Positive, self-starter attitude with creative problem solving.
• Customer-centric; focus on clients' best interests.
• Fluent in English; strong written and oral communication.
• Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization.
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision; motivated and passionate.
