📋 Description

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients by serving as a strategic, responsive, and
• Support client onboarding and help rehabilitation teams understand and implement software workflows
• Deliver product training, lead question-and-answer webinars, and educate clinical managers and
• Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio and respond effectively to customer questions
• Identify opportunities to improve product adoption and communicate the value of premium features
• Partner with customers experiencing potential downgrades or churn to understand their concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic is required, with a strong
• A clinical background and/or licensed rehabilitation therapist experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and a strong interest in healthcare
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn, navigate, and troubleshoot multiple
