📋 Description

• Contribute to account sales, service, and support for Oncology products.
• Ensure patient adherence to prescribed test cadence and improve outcomes.
• Identify workflow and processes in test fulfillment.
• Build relationships with key Oncology accounts to drive growth.
• Educate clinicians on Natera tools and resources for test orders.
• Maintain internal reports of KPIs related to patient retention and orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s with 4+ years experience.
• Medical assistant/clinical support or nursing background, or 2+ years sales.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
