Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

📋 Description

• Work with assigned COS to grow and support existing customers.
• Build relationships with key Oncology account personnel to drive unit growth.
• Analyze patient testing to ensure adherence to oncologist-prescribed protocol.
• Assist medical professionals with customer support, logistics, and problem-solving.
• Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness.
• Educate medical professionals on tools to facilitate test orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's with 4+ years' experience acceptable.
• Medical assistant/clinical support/nursing background or 2+ years sales experience.
• Thrives in ambiguous environments with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to present to customers.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail; comfortable with data spreadsheets.
• Quick learner of software and reporting systems.
