Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist

📋 Description

• Work with assigned COS to grow and support existing customers
• Build relationships to drive unit growth in Oncology accounts
• Analyze patient testing to ensure adherence to prescribed protocols
• Educate clinicians on Natera tools and test-order processes
• Maintain internal KPI reports for patient retention and orders
• Partner with internal teams to optimize patient outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's with 4+ years relevant experience
• Medical assistant/clinical support or 2+ years in sales background
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail
• Comfortable with data spreadsheets and KPI metrics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
