Collaborate with internal partners to achieve patient retention and orders fulfillment.
Educate medical professionals on tools/resources to simplify test order management.
Monitor KPIs related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associate’s degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison or nursing background.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
