📋 Description

• The Associate, Clinical Operations (Data and Systems) will support day-to-day clinical operations
• Coordinate patient panel transitions and coverage activities during clinician changes, extended
• Manage patient reassignment processes, update internal records, and coordinate handoffs between

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, healthcare operations, administrative analytics, or a
• Experience in a healthcare technology, telehealth, or high-growth startup environment is preferred.
• Strong Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data organization, and cleanup.
• Ability to interpret and navigate business intelligence tools such as Lightdash, Looker, Tableau
• Interest in developing data analytics skills and learning how to build dashboards and operational
• SQL knowledge is a plus but not required.
