📋 Description

  • Codes all unassigned tickets
  • Initial support on alerting tickets in ticketing system and Logic Monitor
  • Creates and manages Microsoft support escalation tickets
  • Performs VM resizes and creates new VMs when time permits
  • Troubleshoots and reinstalls Azure agents for backups and patching
  • Provides initial support for backup failures tickets

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of Azure experience and experience with a ticketing system
  • 1-2 years experience with cloud servers/services and virtualization or equivalent system admin experience with on-prem server and virtualization environments
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ITSM systems and service portals for Incident and Change Management
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS), including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS
  • Windows and Linux system administration experience
