• Report to Manager, Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training in Petaling Jaya.
• AI continuous improvement: explore tools like ChatGPT to boost workflows.
• Data analytics and QC: identify trends and improve collections strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Artificial Intelligence Systems, Analytics, Computer science or a related field.
• At least 1 year in reporting/analysis with exposure to AI-driven tools.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for collections management; ability to lead collaboration across teams.
• Proficiency in SQL.
