📋 Description

Draft, review, and negotiate Commercial AI SaaS contracts.
Help develop the EMEA legal function and presence.
Support the DACH region as first in-house counsel in Munich.
Work on other legal issues as they arise.
Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office per week.

🎯 Requirements

German qualified lawyer with 2+ years PQE in commercial/tech SaaS.
Transactional background in commercial tech contracts and/or IP licensing.
AI experience welcomed but not required.
Creative, independent, proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Team-focused with collaborative style; eager to grow expertise and solve challenges.
Hyper-responsive and service-oriented, able to solve hard problems in a small team.
