Associate Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end contract negotiation and execution (vendor, NDA, purchase, service).
• Partner with product, finance, vendor management, and business teams.
• Provide interpretation of terms and advise on risk exposure.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Build trust and manage multiple contracts concurrently with prioritization.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active US state bar (CA preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal principles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex issues to stakeholders.
• Excellent project and time management; ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Curiosity about fintech innovations and contractual frameworks.
