Associate Commercial Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide strategic, business-oriented legal advice across procurement, partnerships, product, and
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of complex, multi-jurisdictional commercial agreements.
• Proactively problem solve for emerging legal and operational risks, providing risk-based decisions
• Advising on early-stage disputes, managing initial phases of legal conflicts, and providing counsel
• Drive legal automation efforts and process improvements to help scale our team and bring greater
• Work autonomously in a cross-functional manner.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of legal experience, in house or at a law firm including strong commercial contracting
• Clear communicator who ensures your stakeholders understand the purpose and reasoning behind
• Solid people skills and work well with a variety of internal and external stakeholders from varying
• Curious, ask questions, and take ownership over your learning and professional growth.
• Self-motivated, pragmatic, reliable, adaptable and detail-oriented.
