📋 Description

• Manage contract review for customer, partner, and vendor deals from intake to completion.
• Draft, revise, and negotiate contracts; provide business-focused risk guidance.
• Review modification requests; coordinate with partners for approvals on non-standard terms.
• Guide cross-functional teams on edits and general contractual questions.
• Partner with Finance, Privacy, and Security on privacy/GDPR/CCPA clauses.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate reviews and escalate risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience as a commercial attorney.
• Experience in a sales-driven or fast-paced tech environment (SaaS preferred).
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, finance, and procurement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; clear communication.
• Comfort using AI-powered tools for contract review, research, and knowledge mgmt; willing to experiment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
