📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and close a high volume of commercial agreements, including Advertising, API and
• Negotiate IP licensing agreements with game, anime, and entertainment licensors for digital
• Review, advise on, and support sponsorship and marketing efforts.
• Structure novel monetization and revenue models, such as virtual currency, bundled subscriptions
• Support payments and platform agreements, including payment processors, gift card distribution, and
• Build and maintain scalable templates, playbooks, and self-serve processes, including simplifying

🎯 Requirements

• A JD and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar. You also need to be
• At least 4 years of commercial transactional experience, with a combination of top law firm and/or
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, such as technology licensing
• Experience with advertising, gaming, digital media, data privacy and consumer internet.
• Understanding of privacy principles, especially with respect to commercial agreements involving the
• Familiarity with marketing legal issues, including copyright, privacy, and consumer protection
